Segmentation allows you to filter a specific target audience from an existing mailing list, using one or more criteria. The filtered result can be saved as a new, static, mailing list or as a dynamic sublist. A sublist is a dynamic mailing list, linked to the main mailing list. This means any changes to the main list will also apply to the attached sub-list(s).

Using the segmentation module in combination with dynamic sublists is the perfect solution when using a central contacts database.
Flexmail provides 32 data fields to manage your contacts. But you can always use our "Contact Database Manager" to add as many fields as required. All data fields can be used as segmentation criteria to filter target groups from your main mailing list.
E-mail campaigns can be sent to one or more mailing-lists or sublists.
